Renowned for his flamboyant parties, Sir Elton John once again delivered a lavish and star studded evening for the counterpart to the Summer White Tie and Tiara Ball: the Elton john aids foundation winter ball.
Held on Sunday the 14th of December in London at the Grey Goose Hotel Du Palais at the Grosvenor House in Mayfair, the event featured a performance by Kelly Rowland and guests included Elizabeth Hurley, British singing sensation Lily Allen and Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey to name but a few.
Sir Elton John and his partner David Furnish treated their guests to Grey Goose bespoke cocktails in exclusively designed bars later auctioned off to charity.
Having raised over ₤350.000 for charity at last years event, the hosts were keen to remind their VIP audience about the work the foundation is doing “The Foundation prides itself not only on producing beautiful events, but on ensuring that every penny they raise goes directly to our charitable work this event is no exception, thanks to the generosity of Grey Goose. The Foundation is now one of the largest HIV/AIDS charities in the world”.
deLaCour, represented by chief designer Pierre Koukjian were present to lend their support to the Elton John Aids Foundation.
